After completing the conference, you will receive an invoice directly from the conference venue you attended, i.e. the invoice does not come from us.

Our booking service is free of charge, so it costs you nothing extra to book your conference through us. We receive compensation for our work from our partners, i.e. from the venue we provide bookings to.

Cancellation policies may differ from one conference venue to another. This is why we always present in each venue's offer how close to the conference date free cancellation is possible. Normally the booked venue will then send you their detailed cancellation policy together with their booking confirmation.
