Once we receive your request, we follow up briefly to make sure we don't miss anything important to you. Then, based on your needs, wishes and requirements, we send out a tailor-made request to the sites that match what you are looking for. We visit sites regularly to keep up to date with what the market has to offer.

In just a few hours, you will receive a number of quotes from venues that meet your specific requirements and are able to accommodate you on the desired date. As we collect all offers, they are identically structured and therefore easy to compare. If you are not satisfied with the proposals, we will of course make a new search and include additional options to find exactly what you are looking for. We will not stop until you are satisfied!

Once you have decided where you want to stay, we book you in and send you a confirmation. The booking is complete and we hand over to the venue who will contact you for further detailed planning of your upcoming conference. The venue will invoice you after the conference is completed.
