Our environmental work
Sustainability is a natural part of our business concept. As a provider of conferences and meetings throughout Sweden, we have a responsibility to contribute to a more sustainable society. We strive to minimize our own environmental impact and at the same time work actively to raise the environmental level throughout the supply chain.
Since June 2025, we have been certified according to ISO 14001 and conduct systematic environmental work with clear goals, procedures and follow-up.
Our environmental policy
We have adopted an environmental policy that underpins our entire management system. The policy is based on:
- That we comply with applicable environmental legislation and other binding requirements
- That we continuously improve our environmental performance and prevent negative impacts
- That we work on resource efficiency in our daily work
- Engaging and training our employees on environmental issues
- Influencing our partner sites to act more sustainably
Our environmental objectives
To monitor and improve our environmental performance, we have set measurable targets, including
- Reduce the climate impact of customer travel by 15% by the end of 2026
- Increase the share of environmentally certified partner sites to at least 75%
Targets are regularly monitored through key performance indicators and reported at the management review.
Environmental impact of our industry
Although we have a limited environmental impact from our office operations, the biggest environmental impact is indirect - through the travel, accommodation and meals that our customers book through us. This is why we are actively working on:
- Highlighting partner sites with sustainability certification
- Helping our partners improve their waste management, energy use and food production
- Informing customers about options to choose nearby facilities or climate-smart transport
Sustainability in practice
We are actively working to ask sustainability questions to all new partners, and we have built environmental criteria into our booking system. Our customers should be able to easily see which establishments are actively working with the environment, certification, transportation and food.
