Sustainability
We are proud to be part of a changing world where sustainability and environmental responsibility play an increasingly important role. As an organizer of conferences, meetings and events, we have a great responsibility - both internally and externally.
Since June 2025, we have been certified according to ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environment). This means that we work systematically with goals, follow-up and continuous improvements in three main areas:
Environment - reducing direct and indirect impacts on the environment
Quality - delivering top-class service and strengthening customer satisfaction
Engagement - creating an inclusive, safe and nurturing work environment
Our environmental work
Environmental policy: We comply with laws and regulations, work proactively on improvement, resource efficiency and training. We set sustainability requirements for our partners and follow them up.
Environmental impact in practice: While our office operations have a limited impact, the travel and conferences we facilitate lead to significant emissions. That's why we recognize certified partners, encourage sustainable travel choices, and set waste management, energy and food requirements for our partners.
Save the Baltic Sea: We support the initiative through financial donations and information dissemination, as part of our responsibility to preserve the Baltic Sea.

Quality policy: We will meet customer requirements, offer high service, continuously improve processes, add value and ensure traceability and measurability.
Quality objectives: Our KPIs include
✓ Quote deliveries within 24h ≥ 95%
✓ NPS ≥ 9,0
✓ Deviation handling ≥ 90% within 5 days,
✓ Partner evaluation on completed conferences ≥ 90% annually.Improvement work: All employees can report improvements, which are followed up on a monthly basis. Each non-conformity is treated as an improvement opportunity - with clear actions, responsibilities and evaluation.
System: Our quality system is documented with version management, accountability and continuous learning.

The role of employees in quality: We see participation as the core of an improvement-driven culture. Employees are encouraged to contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement in the system.
Work environment and well-being: We comply with laws, work with induction, skills development and succession planning, to create security and possible development.
